CAMPAIGN WEEKLY RECAP – 9/7 – 9/11

I first want to start off by remembering the men and women who were tragically killed in the 9/11 attacks. 19 years later, the impact from that day is still felt.
In campaign news, we had another fantastic week in our campaign to Fire Kim Foxx and bring justice and integrity to Cook County. Our big event of the week was Pat’s meeting with the Chicago Sun-Times Editorial Board, where he successfully made his case that Cook County residents must fire Kim Foxx.
Judge O’Brien and the Sun-Times kept Foxx’s feet to the fire on a vast variety of issues from her misconduct during the Jussie Smollet case, her dropping the charges on record numbers of murderers and violent criminals to her overall lack of transparency and accountability as Cook County State’s Attorney. Foxx even had the audacity to say she wanted Special Prosecutor Dan Webb’s report to be public after her attorney filed a motion to stop that very action! Clearly, Kim Foxx will say and do anything to stay in political power. Read the article at the link below.

We also wanted to give you a friendly reminder that today is the last day to get your tickets for our event next Tuesday at Wrigley View Rooftops! Get your tickets here now.

Friends, Kim Foxx knows she is in trouble. Voters know that we need a state’s attorney that will actually protect victims of crime while making our families and neighborhoods safe again.
